Because google maps is re-routing people please use these instructions!
-Add "14864 Wy-150 Evanston WY" to google maps! (Point A)
- Then type in "The Cabins at Bear River Services" (Point B)
When you get to this point keep driving past the Cabins at Bear River Services and turn left at Elizabeth Mountain Road (the very next left). It's 0.2 miles away. Even if you miss the turn it's a dead end and you wont be allowed to keep driving. You CAN'T miss us!
If you've never been to a dog sled race before please note a few things. First, you'll be at the start/finish line and can cheer on the teams leaving! There is no way to follow behind them and watch the teams. It's exciting to walk around and see the mushers harness and get their team ready before the race so be sure to get there early to be able to witness that! Second, if you are trying to make it to the finish line please note we don't know exact times of their arrival. On the 100 mile race we suspect they'll be in between 4am - 7am on the 28th. On the 15 mile race we expect them back 1.5 - 2 hours after leaving! Dress warm! Bring a chair to sit if you prefer!
